Unlike most people, the first time I ever went to Walt Disney World, I was 35 years old — yes, 35! My husband and I were in Orlando and decided we should spend a few days at the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. We just loved it and talked about going back for years. Once my daughter was born, we made it a priority. Even though I never went as a kid, I cannot imagine that it is any more magical than seeing your child’s face the first time they get a glimpse of Cinderella’s Castle or the admiration in their eyes when the meet their favorite princess for the first time. After that first trip, we have been back many, many times.
Although I help clients who travel to many different destinations, becoming a travel agent specializing in Disney destinations was a very natural thing for me for many reasons. First and foremost is that I just love Disney, everything about it, from all the movies, characters, theme parks, and vacation destinations to the service philosophy that is instilled in all cast members. It is truly unique and special because of the creativity and imagination from the beginning. Secondly, I am a planner at heart. I like to know as much as possible about anything I do so I will spend lots of time researching and reading information to ensure that it is the most up to date. The resources at Wish Upon a Star With Us has helped streamline this process for me by analyzing the vast information that is released daily. Lastly, helping families plan their vacation is magical for me too. The excitement the families have anticipating their trip and planning the little details is contagious! I love to see the pictures and hear the stories after their trips.
My job is to personalize a vacation for you and your family to maximize your enjoyment and reduce as much stress during the planning process as possible no matter which destination you choose. Let me take care of as much or as little of the planning that you would like. Planning a Walt Disney World vacation, tends to be overwhelming even for the most seasoned guests. Typically, I will check crowd calendars to determine which are the best days for your family to visit each park, recommend and make reservations for your dining, schedule your transfers, notify you of any special events that are happening during your vacation, give you tips for when you schedule your Fast Passes, and notify you of any deadlines that apply to your reservation.
Besides Walt Disney World, there are many other Disney Destinations including Disneyland, Disney Cruise, Aulani in Hawaii, and Adventures by Disney which has destinations all over the world.
Although these are all very unique, they do have one thing in common — the unmatched Disney service philosophy and experience. All of my planning services are completely free when you book your vacation with me and you will never paymore than if you were booking yourself. Many times, I will help save you money by tracking the latest specials and promotions that may be applicable to your trip. My goal is to pick up where Disney leaves off so that your vacation is magical from start to finish!
